The new headquarters for the global fashion company Desigüal enjoys a great location on Barcelona’s beachfront along the animated Barceloneta boardwalk, and next to the W Barcelona Hotel, also designed by RBTA.

The scheme is inspired in the morphology of Barceloneta’s lively urban quarter, with narrow streets that lead into cool interior plazas.

The four-storey office building provides an ideal working environment for a dynamic team of 800. The office space overlooks a full-height entrance hall. A roof terrace with spectacular views of the sea offers additional outdoor space,  perfect for the company’s social events and fashion shows.
Despite its size, the reflecting light on the glazed outer skin enhances the ethereal appearance of the building.
